Parenting, co-parenting, and supporting family relationships is critical but challenging work.  Planning, problem-solving, and working together can feel overwhelming. Counseling/coaching can be instrumental in developing effective strategies that promote goal achievement and reduce stress and conflict.

Jennifer provides individual parent, co-parent, and family counseling/coaching services to self-referred or court-involved clients. You will find Jennifer’s mental health background and extensive experience in working with complicated family issues to be a valuable resource. Clients drive the work, including goals, interventions, and frequency of sessions. Court-involved clients with specific requirements can rely on Jennifer to adhere to all stipulations.

Jennifer offers a free 15-minute inquiry call to discuss your needs and allow you to determine if her services are a good match for you. If you are court involved, have your attorney initiate contact with Jennifer.

At your first session, Jennifer works with you to define your challenges, goals, and the steps to achieve your goals. Sessions can be scheduled as-needed or at regular intervals. Sessions are provided by Zoom or in-office, as preferred.
