  • I don’t know what service I need – but I need help! What do I ask for?

    It can be difficult to know what service is right for you. I will help you sort through the options in a complimentary 15-minute inquiry call.

  • What is the difference between counseling and coaching?

    Counseling is typically a longer-term, structured service that incorporates a specific treatment approach. Coaching is typically a short-term service focused on solutions.

  • Are you covered by insurance?

    I am not a preferred provider for any insurance provider and do not bill insurance companies. Clients can submit paid invoices to their insurer for reimbursement, where applicable.

  • Can you work with me and my co-parent, but separately?

    Yes, when necessary. Some parents are not able to be in a room with their co-parent, for various reasons.

  • Can you start working with me first and then my co-parent?

    No. I find it important to build a relationship with both parents simultaneously.
