What is the difference between counseling and coaching?
Counseling is typically a longer-term, structured service that incorporates a specific treatment approach. Coaching is typically a short-term service focused on solutions.

Are you covered by insurance?
I am not a preferred provider for any insurance provider and do not bill insurance companies. Clients can submit paid invoices to their insurer for reimbursement, where applicable.

Can you work with me and my co-parent, but separately?
Yes, when necessary. Some parents are not able to be in a room with their co-parent, for various reasons.

Can you start working with me first and then my co-parent?
No. I find it important to build a relationship with both parents simultaneously.
